Confidence and enthusiasm in a product or service which is backed up entirely by evidence that there is a market and that the pricing strategy stacks up.
Figure out the Who, What, Where, When and Why; essentially a business plan in whatever format suits the individual.
What – is the product or service
Why – is there a market?
How – will you deliver (buy for and sell for)
Where – will it operate from?
Who – do you need people to help you deliver your product/service?
When – realistic timescales for delivery
